Savognin Skiing Holidays

Eighty kilometers of large pistes (up to 200 meters wide) and specially laid out fun zones, guarantee winter fun for everyone, whether experienced skiers or total beginners. 15 modern transport facilities, including the longest 6-seater chair-lift in Switzerland, ensure minimum waiting and take one up to elevation of 2713 meters.
The Surses Valley ski area excellent facilities include one snow-shuttle, one 6-seater chair-lift, one 4-seater chair-lift, one 3-seater chair-lift, ten ski-lifts including three for children, 80 kilometers of runs one ski-pass and six kilometers of slopes with man-made snow. There are also winter sports schools, children’s area – Pinocchio, a snowboard fun-park, ninety meters long halfpipe, forty km of cross-country trails, 25 km tobogganing tracks and many other sport activities.
Free riding is available down the runs alongside the pistes in the areas of Somtgant and Martegnas, and for carving the same two as well as the pistes in Radons.
The forty-five kilometers of walking and rambling paths and 6 different snow-shoe trails through the scenic mountains and hills and several cross-country skiing tracks provide absolute winter pleasure away from the crowded slopes.
