Vulpera, which is politically joined with the village of Tarasp is a famous health and recreational resort, popular with its medicinal springs. The holiday region of Tarasp - Vulpera consists of 10 settlements. Vulpera is the greatest and most popular because of its geographic location. The surrounding areas are also attracting a lot of hikers and cyclists, as well as skiers and snowboarders in the nearby spa & ski resort of Scuol. Vulpera - Tarasp Spa

In the Swiss spa region, consisting of Vulpera, Tarasp and Scuol tourist villages, one will found around thirty cold water springs with partially various mineral content of the water. Some of these mineral water sources have been known since the Middle Ages. The contemporary spa development started here in 1864 with the construction of the bath- and health center of Tarasp.

By train one can visit the resorts of Scuol, Vulpera and Tarasp:
From the Zurich and Lake Constance via SBB to Chur, where have to change to Rhatische Bahn for Reichenau - Thusis - Filisur - Albula - Scuol and another change to bus for Vulpera.
From the Valais and central Switzerland via Furka-Oberalp railway to Reichenau, change to RhB for Thusis - Filisur - Albula – Scuol and continue by bus to Vulpera.
